Training Courses and Self - Help Programmes


 

As well as offering a number of courses in collaboration with other educational providers, I also offer a number of self-help programs for those looking to learn how to use mindfulness and or self-hypnosis to make improvements in any aspect of their life. Fears and phobias confidence and anxiety 

 Maybe you have a specific phobia, or perhaps its a more general sense of anxiety that just won't leave you no matter how hard you try. Maybe you have even experienced "panic attacks". Perhaps you worry that "its just the way you are". Hypnotherapy is a very effective tool for giving you back control. Anxiety isn't something that's trying to hurt you, in fact its just a part of your mind that is trying to protect you. Sometimes it is working too hard and we need to bring it back in balance so that the fear of what might happen doesn't stop you enjoying what is happening now.

It is very important that any intervention is tailored to you as a person, a unique individual. Let me help you to discover new resources and abilities that you probably don't know you have so that you can begin to feel better fast.

Mindfulness

Perhaps you are looking for a practice that will help you get more from your experience of life. If you are someone who has a busy life and want to be able to be fully  present in those cherished moments alone or with loved ones, the the practise of mindfulness can truly enliven and enrich your life
Mindfulness is an integral part of the way I work. Mindfulness is an attitude as much as a skill. Taught well and practised properly it can bring many benefits and improve your ability to live in appreciation.

My approach is informed by many years of studying western disciplines including hypnosis, and NLP, and many decades of practice and study of eastern disciplines, primarily meditation and mindfulness ( I was an ordained Buddhist for 20 years).

You do not need to be interested in spirituality for the practice of mindfulness to be useful. It is for those of any faith or those of none.
