No matter how good our time management and organizational skills, there will always be times when we are placed under extra demand. This course will teach you how to take control of your personal resources and minimise the impact of these times.

Many stress management courses will teach you proven relaxation techniques, good skills to have. This course will take you beyond traditional relaxation, teaching you the crucial distinction between ‘ live’ and ‘dead’ relaxation. The skill of live relaxation will enable you to stay relaxed and focussed even under very trying conditions.

Using these understandings and skills you will be able to deal with dis-stress and promote eustress - sometimes known as ‘good stress’ - i.e. demand that promotes performance.
